Exercise to manage osteoarthritis and spinal pain
We come together to have fun and learn how to manage spinal and joint pain that is in neck, back and joints in a productive and safest way possible.
- It is once or more in week over a 5 to 10 week period.
- You will be the only one with your physio at the time.
- You can be a permanent attendee.
- Your exercsies will be based on the latest research and institute recomendations such as IBJR - Institute of Bone and Joint Research.
