Exercise to manage osteoarthritis and spinal pain

We come together to have fun and learn how to manage spinal and joint pain that is  in neck, back and joints  in a productive and safest way possible.

  • It is once or more in a week over a 5 to 10 week period.
  • You will be the only one with your physio at the time.
  • You can be a permanent attendee.
  • Your exercises will be based on the latest research and institute recommendations such as IBJR – Institute of Bone and Joint Research.
